An initial FREE discussion is usually undertaken with yourself and/or your child to ensure that further assessment and therapy is necessary. ONLINE therapy and assessment NOW AVAILABLE using ZOOM or similar programs.
Initial assessment will consist of direct contact with the child, followed by further discussion/observation as necessary. Discussion with teaching staff and observation within a school environment may be necessary. A detailed report with treatment plan and ideas/activity sheets will be given within a month of the assessment.
Therapy sessions will consist of discrete 'blocks' of therapy, generally following the 'half-term' nature of school attendance. Practise of speech and language ideas should be carried out at home/school in between sessions in order to help generalise skills.
Prices of assessment and therapy are available upon request, but would range from £60-80 per therapy session and £120-£800 for an assessment and report.
